When can you request a return or replacement?

You can contact us within 7 days of delivery if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is damaged or has an issue
  • The size doesn’t fit
  • Or simply if you don’t feel like keeping the product

Just a few small conditions

To keep things fair and smooth:

  • The product should be unused and unwashed
  • Please keep the original packaging, tags, and everything included

Replacement Process

  • Just message us on Facebook or WhatsApp
  • Share a clear photo or short video of the product
  • Our team will quickly check and guide you
  • We’ll arrange the replacement as soon as possible

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive the product back and check it, your refund will be processed within 15–45 minutes
  • Refunds are sent via bKash / Nagad / Bank Transfer

Charges

  • If it’s our mistake (wrong/damaged product) → we’ll handle the delivery cost
  • For size change or personal preference → delivery cost will be covered by the customer
