When can you request a return or replacement?
You can contact us within 7 days of delivery if:
- You received the wrong item
- The product is damaged or has an issue
- The size doesn’t fit
- Or simply if you don’t feel like keeping the product
Just a few small conditions
To keep things fair and smooth:
- The product should be unused and unwashed
- Please keep the original packaging, tags, and everything included
Replacement Process
- Just message us on Facebook or WhatsApp
- Share a clear photo or short video of the product
- Our team will quickly check and guide you
- We’ll arrange the replacement as soon as possible
Refund Policy
- Once we receive the product back and check it, your refund will be processed within 15–45 minutes
- Refunds are sent via bKash / Nagad / Bank Transfer
Charges
- If it’s our mistake (wrong/damaged product) → we’ll handle the delivery cost
- For size change or personal preference → delivery cost will be covered by the customer
