Do I have to pay before my order arrives?
No. Baby Verse is cash on delivery only — you pay the courier when the parcel reaches you, after you have seen it. We will never ask for a card number, a bank login, or an advance payment over the phone or by email.
How long will my delivery take?
Usually 24–48 hours inside Dhaka and 2–4 business days elsewhere in Bangladesh. We deliver to all 64 districts.
How much is delivery?
It depends on whether you are inside or outside Dhaka. The exact charge is shown at checkout, before you place the order — there is never a surprise added later.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched yet. Call or message us as soon as you can and we will sort it out.
How do I know my order was received?
You get an email as soon as you order, and another once we have confirmed it. You can also check your order at any time on the Track Your Order page using your order number and phone number.
What if the size does not fit?
We offer a 10-day doorstep exchange. If the size is wrong, or the item arrived damaged or defective, get in touch within 10 days of receiving your parcel and we will arrange a replacement.
What condition does an item need to be in for an exchange?
Unused and unwashed, with the original tags and packaging intact. Full details are on our Return & Exchange page.
What happens if I return something I already paid for?
You get the full amount back — nothing is deducted. We will contact you to arrange the refund in whichever way is easiest for you.
Are your products safe for babies?
Yes. We choose materials with baby skin in mind and check every batch before it reaches our shelves. If anything about an item concerns you, tell us and we will look into it.
How do I reach a person?
