1. General Overview & Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Baby Verse online storefront and services. By placing an order or browsing our catalog, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms, alongside the Privacy Policy below and our Return & Exchange Policy.
2. Orders & Cash on Delivery (COD) Payment
All orders placed on Baby Verse are fulfilled on a 100% Cash on Delivery (COD) basis:
- No Card or Online Payment Required: We will never ask for credit/debit card details, bank logins, or advance payment over the phone or email.
- Payment Upon Receipt: You agree to pay the total order amount in cash directly to the delivery rider upon handover of your parcel.
- Phone Verification: To prevent fraudulent orders and ensure correct delivery details, our customer support team may call you to verify your order before dispatch.
3. Delivery & Shipping Coverage
We deliver to all 64 districts across Bangladesh. Standard delivery timeline is typically 24–48 hours within Dhaka and 2–4 business days outside Dhaka.
Delivery charges are calculated based on your selected delivery district (Inside Dhaka or Outside Dhaka) and are displayed clearly at checkout before you submit your order.
4. 10-Day Exchange & Replacement Policy
We offer a dedicated 10-day doorstep exchange window. If a product does not fit your baby or you receive a damaged/defective item, you can request an exchange within 10 days of parcel receipt.

5. Product Information & Pricing
We strive to display our baby products, shoe sizes, colors, and descriptions with maximum accuracy. All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). While rare, in the event of an inadvertent technical pricing error or sudden out-of-stock situation, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order after contacting you.

All branding, logos, product imagery, visual designs, and written content on this website are the property of Baby Verse and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Privacy Policy
We collect only what’s needed to deliver your order: your name, phone number, address, and the items you ordered. We don’t sell your information to anyone, and we don’t ask for payment card details, because every order is paid in cash on delivery.
